I need a few practical things from you so I know what we are working with. About 10 minutes, short answers are fine.

How are you with technology? *No wrong answer, it just tells me how to set things up for you.

2. Your computer and your accounts

Please don't type any passwords here. We connect everything together on the call.

Do you use a Mac or a Windows PC? *
Is it your own computer, or one from your company? *Company laptops are often locked by IT. That changes what we can install.
What do you use for email? *Gmail is the simplest to connect. Yahoo and Outlook take one extra step, I will explain it before the call.
Is the mailbox Claude will read your personal one, or a work account your company runs? *
Do you have a Google account? *Any address ending in gmail.com counts, even one you hardly use.
What do you use for your calendar? *
Do you already have a Claude account? *You need the Pro plan, about USD 20 a month, paid to Anthropic. Subscribe on the web at claude.ai, not through the App Store on your phone, with a credit card that works for international payments.
